These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website lunaoptimumcleaning.com and any commercial, janitorial, floor-care, disinfection and related services provided by Luna Optimum Cleaning ("Luna Optimum," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services are offered to businesses, government agencies and authorized representatives. By engaging us, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of the entity you represent.
Services are provided based on a signed service agreement, work order, purchase order or equivalent document that specifies scope, frequency, rates and any special conditions. These Terms apply in addition to any such document. In case of conflict, the signed service agreement prevails.
Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Scope, pricing and timelines may be revised when site conditions differ materially from what was represented during the walkthrough.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the facility, including keys, access cards, alarm codes and parking. Missed visits caused by access issues that are not our responsibility may still be billed.
Recurring service agreements may be canceled by either party with written notice as specified in the agreement (typically 30 days). One-time services may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start without penalty; later cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service value.
Luna Optimum maintains general liability, workers' compensation and bonding coverage appropriate to our services. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is agreed in writing.
All content on this website (text, images, logos, layouts) is the property of Luna Optimum Cleaning or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You agree not to use the website to (a) violate any law, (b) interfere with the operation of the site, (c) transmit malicious code, or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You agree to indemnify and hold Luna Optimum Cleaning harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook or DuPage County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
